Assistant General Manager

Providing a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
Responding and resolving customer's requests and concerns
Assisting with ordering and inventory of merchandise
Assisting with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing of employees
Supporting the General Manager in all store operations
Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
Conducting performance reviews and wage increases in accordance with company policy
Performing job related duties as assigned

Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a happy attitude are essential.

Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
