The Environmental Services Technician performs repetitive tasks on a daily basis to maintain the facility in a sanitary and orderly condition at all times.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Dust, Mop and Sweep Floors.
Scrub floors, Buff, Polish Furniture, Clean Equipment.
Empty, Wash and re-line waste baskets Clean light fixtures, vents, registers, Vacuum and scrub carpets.
Wash Windows, Clean Elevators, Hang drapes and Cubicle Curtains Clean Occupied and Un-Occupied resident rooms and washrooms.
Clean Private and Public Washrooms.
Keep storage area, cart and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Maintains supplies at a required level as determined by the Department Director and Supervisor.
All other duties as assigned Required skills and
Qualifications:
Grammar School or equivalent - High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 to 3 years experience in the housekeeping field preferred Employee
