Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to educate them about our services and solutions, as well as our service model.
No construction experience is required.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing our daily schedule, with a focus on matching the right craftsmen with the right customers to ensure a successful customer journey.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Coordinate and optimize schedules and material orders for multiple craftsmen and projects.
Utilize our dispatching and schedule management software effectively.
Follow up with past customers and return their calls.
Manage paperwork and filing duties efficiently.
Assist in resolving operational logistics to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals who possess the following
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
5 years or more of administrative assistant or scheduling experience.
Comfortable with sales processes.
Adaptability to technology.
Strong customer service skills.
Exceptional office management skills.
Proficient typing skills; ten-key skills are a plus.
Outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing (a plus).
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online or other accounting software (a plus).
Customer-facing experience (a plus).
