As a Manager of Warehouse Management System, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse management system (Manhattan Scale), ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE Manhattan Scale experience Understand the business processes within Manhattan Scale and how each application supports these processes, and applies this knowledge to best solve problems Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of our warehouse management system -Manhattan Scale Oversee the distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order processing Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency Work closely with other departments to ensure that all processes are integrated and functioning effectively Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations Provide regular reports on the performance of the warehouse management system to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 7
years of experience in warehouse management or related field WMS certification or training Six Sigma training Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and distribution processes Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with WMS Excellent leadership and management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with ERP and best-in-class WMS software, such as Manhattan Scale Experience with SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
