We are looking for a candidate with the following
Qualifications:
Leadership - The ability to positively lead and develop a team while following all franchise regulations.
Administrative - The ability to efficiently staff and stock a store while meeting all deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets.
Organizational - The ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment both inside and outside the store.
Customer Service - The ability to build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.
Competitive Spirit Work at a fast pace and can multi-task Dependable and Trustworthy Job Requirements:
Must be an organized, detail-oriented person.
Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to effectively teach and lead others.
Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive team spirit amongst the staff.

years of supervisory experience (restaruant or retail environment preferred) No prior Barista experience necessary.
