This company currently has clients in over 25 national markets and is expanding.
Assist Estimating Team in the following
Responsibilities:
, Study of project and product design, customer requirements, determining project specifications, presenting cost estimates and performance standards Reviewing project plans and proposals, developing project objectives, identifying project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project, calculating time frames and sequencing the stages of the project Developing comprehensive proposals for clients and prospects Developing and maintaining relationships with construction trades in all domestic markets Solicitation of sub-contractors for commercial construction projects Addressing questions related to project specifications, bidding and contracts Purchasing and scheduling of various services and materials Keeping an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects Maintaining project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal regulations The candidate should possess:
Ability to work as a team member Strong organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Problem solving abilities Ability to maintain flexibility and a positive attitude at all times Ability to prioritize, develop and maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency - MS Office (AutoCAD a bonus) Compensation includes wages, health insurance and retirement benefits.
