The ideal candidate will drive a software offer and the community working on it to DevOps and continuous delivery. In this role, you will collaborate and work with other specialists across the company to eliminate waste and bottlenecks in our software production, and energize the community of developers towards constant readiness to deliver production software. Duties and responsibilities Analyse software product and delivery ecosystem, then organize and drive the changes needed to eliminate friction between idea and release of the implemented idea Energize and coach community of teams for best communication and scope delivery in an open source model Provide robust technical leadership and mentoring to multiple technical teams, and drive architecture and process improvements through those teams Coordinate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum master, Quality and DevOps teams) to ensure DevOps is understood and valued across all business functions Write required technical documents Contribute to development when and if needed, though this is not primary to role Be a best practices salesperson across multiple teams to enable the smoothest possible software delivery and documentation Challenge and advocate for the right outcomes with data, conviction and diplomacy Support and influence the team culture of being customer centric and continuously improving Qualifications 5
years of proven work experience as a Software Technical Expert. Minimum 2 years of experience working on cloud native architecture with AWS and Azure services Bachelors Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, equivalent experience may substitute for the right candidate. Hand-on experience with .Net (Native and Web), Azure DevOps, Nuget, Docker, and Angular Fearless willingness to jump in and solve problems regardless of tool or language Should be hands-on and comfortable with writing code scripts and build pipelines Experience with CI/CD tools and processes is a must Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment Excellent knowledge of SQL and No SQL databases Ability to document requirements and specifications Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Excellent communication skills, Attention to detail, team-player mindset, positive attitude are key to thrive in this role About Schneider Electric Schneider Electric is leading the Digital Transformation of Energy Management and Automation in Homes, Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure and Industries. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
